1. Booking & Payment
A booking becomes binding once full payment has been received by Dinamarca Tours. All tour guide services are charged in USD and invoiced without VAT under the special Danish VAT scheme for tour guide services.
Dinamarca Tours reserves the right to refuse a booking or service if payment is incomplete, if a participant violates these terms, or if it risks the safety or experience of others.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled tour.
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the scheduled tour.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled tour or for no-shows.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to: [email protected]. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
3. Tour Content & Delivery
Tour descriptions on our website are illustrative. Actual tour content may vary based on the guide, group preferences, local conditions, traffic, or weather. Dinamarca Tours does not guarantee the inclusion of specific landmarks or stops.
We aim to deliver high-quality, safe, and enjoyable tours, but certain factors may be beyond our control.
4. Practical Information

5. Liability & Responsibility
Participation is at the participant’s own risk. Dinamarca Tours is not liable for:
- Personal injury, loss, or damage arising from the participant’s own actions.
- Delays, interruptions, or modifications due to force majeure events (e.g., weather, strikes, or unforeseen local events).
Participants are responsible for their own belongings and any damage they cause to property or others during the tour.

By booking, participants consent to Dinamarca Tours processing their personal data solely for booking administration, communication, and service delivery.

7. Complaints & Feedback
