1. Booking & Payment
A booking is considered confirmed once full payment has been received by Copenhagen Walking Tour. All tour guide services are charged in USD and invoiced without VAT under the special Danish VAT scheme for tour guiding services.
Copenhagen Walking Tour reserves the right to decline a booking or service if payment is incomplete, if a participant violates these Terms, or if participation may compromise the safety, comfort, or experience of others.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled tour.
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made 3–6 days before the scheduled tour.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 2 days of the tour or for no-shows.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
3. Tour Content & Delivery
All tour descriptions on our website are illustrative. Actual tour routes, content, and experiences may vary depending on the assigned guide, weather, local conditions, traffic, or group interests.

4. Practical Information
Participants are fully responsible for reviewing all practical information provided on our website, including meeting points, physical requirements, weather preparedness, and any age or mobility restrictions.
5. Liability & Responsibility
Participation in any walking tour is strictly at the participant’s own risk.
Copenhagen Walking Tour is not liable for:
- Any personal injury, accident, fall, slip, or physical incident occurring during the walking tour.
- Damage, loss, or theft of personal belongings.
- Injuries or losses resulting from a participant’s own actions, lack of attention, or failure to follow guide instructions.
- Delays, interruptions, or changes caused by force majeure events (including severe weather, strikes, or unforeseeable local disruptions).
Participants acknowledge that walking tours involve navigating uneven surfaces, public streets, stairs, and outdoor environments. Each participant is responsible for exercising caution and ensuring they are physically capable of joining the tour.
Participants are also responsible for any damage they cause to public or private property or to other individuals during the tour.
6. Personal Data & Privacy
By completing a booking, participants consent to Dinamarca Tours processing their personal data solely for purposes related to booking administration, communication, and service provision.

7. Complaints & Feedback

These Terms of Service are governed by Danish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will fall under the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
